As of spring, 2023, I have put a pause on my breeding program. I hope to return to raising these beautiful babies soon. In the meantime, I would still love to chat with you about what you are looking for in a puppy. I have several breeder friends that I can make recommendations to, and I always love to talk dogs!
Why a Doodle? Read the Story Below-
Aussiedoodle "Sherlock" and friend playing in the ocean.
"This is Sherlock. He is a Blaze/Jake puppy born Oct 2013. He is the funniest, cutest, smartest dog we ever owned. Had to share a story. I promised Nancy that Sherlock would have many days frolicking on the beach. We live less than 10 min from Ocean City NJ. Well, about 2 weeks ago, while playing on 'dog beach' with my 7 year old twin nieces, Sherlock spotted a young girl with cerebral palsy sitting and splashing in the surf. She was 'calling' for the dogs, but none came near her. All of a sudden, Sherlock picked up his favorite blue ball, ran over to the young girl and dropped the ball in her lap. The smile on that child's face brought me and her mother to tears. She attempted to throw the ball, but did not do so well. Sherlock pawed the ball in the surf, front down, hind up, tail wagging, nose swishing the water. This child laughed. He brought the ball back and they played for a good 10 minutes. He laid beside her in the surf , his head on her lap for another few minutes. The heart this young pup has is incredible. He is a true asset to Sand Lake Kennels and is a valued loved member of our family."

Do the Doodles make great family dogs? You bet!
Aussiedoodle Molly's Story...
"Sorry it's taken me so long to get a picture to you! I took this photo earlier this week and couldn't help but laugh when I saw it. Even though it was just timing, Molly sure looks like she's smiling! I do hope we have made her as happy as she's made us. Molly has just the sweetest disposition and is so friendly and patient with the children. She is very social and eager to introduce herself to everyone we meet and everyone compliments us on what a beautiful puppy she is and how sweet, obedient and pleasing she is. As I mentioned, this is our first pet and we couldn't be happier. You gave her the perfect foundation to start and truly do have a knack for raising happy puppies! Thanks again for all your help!"

Goldendoodle Stella, a Jake/Lexie Pup
"Hi Nancy,
Earlier on this year we purchased our golden doodle from you. Her name is Stella! I just wanted to give you an update on how she is doing. She is one of the best puppies and dogs I have ever been around. I spend a good deal of time with her and training her, but at three months old she was able to sit, lay down, heel, shake, roll over, stay, go to her bed, leave it (not take anything from hand from people without the okay) and go to her kennel with verbal commands. Now that she is just over four months old, she can do all of the above and differentiate which hand to shake and do all commands with verbal and non-verbal cues. She learned how to ring a bell for when she needs to go outside to go potty. House training was a breeze with barely any accidents at all... it was almost a little weird on how quick of a learner she was...
I just want to say thank you for providing one of the best dogs in the world to me, I knew it was going to be a very good breed, but never new how good of a dog I was getting. I attribute a lot of that to you guys. There have been a great deal of people that have been asking where I got her. I just wanted to let you know that I will be referring them all to you, and when it is time for us to get a second puppy, we will definitely be going through you."
