Sand Lake National Wildlife Refuge - The view from our back yard.

Pictured below are photos I took during the fall 2011 waterfowl migration.  There are hundreds of thousands of geese that come through and we are fortunate enough to live right across from the Refuge, where they rest and feed on their way through.  The black clouds are geese, and the white streaks in some of the pictures are waterfowl at rest.
